Walk Update / Thursday 02-24-2011

Location: Still in central Arizona

God Is Moving! 

God is on the move! Over the past 2 plus months, I have experienced and witnessed more miracles in direct response to my prayers in than in the last 10 years.   At the same time, I have plunged deeper into God’s unknown in faith on behalf of others in hope He will save those I am unable to reach without His mercy. God has caused me to linger in central Arizona to help others bound by debilitating strongholds longer than I first intended.  I'm weary...  That said, the time has come for those of us numbered among His people to prepare ourselves for the wedding feast of the Lamb as we help others meet Christ face-to-face. Why now?

The Battle Rages / Prayer Needed!

The past nine weeks have taken me into heaven’s halls and among hell’s hordes on behalf of others bound by life-destroying strongholds, caught in the grip of despair, and who are crying out for God’s merciful liberation. They are in over their heads, dying an inch at a time, and in need others to lower their shattered lives through a hole in heaven's ceiling to enter the presence of a Loving Savior. I need help to keep my arms raised for victory. Please pray dear friend…

God said...

Scripture foretells that a time will come upon the earth when delusion will blind the minds of people, selfishness will devour people, rebellion and anger will divide people, and that these people will perish because they refuse to love the truth and so be saved. Today, many ask how a loving God could possibly allow people to die beyond His grasp. And yet, God forces no one to bow their knee to Him…He gives us free choice. For those of us calling ourselves believers…we remain commissioned to go into all the world (and our homes) to make disciples baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit teaching them to obey everything Jesus commanded us to do (Matthew 28:19-20).

Hell's Bid

God’s word also tells us that due to increase of wickedness, that believers will hate and betray each other and leave the faith…that their love will grow cold…and that only those who stand firm to the end will be saved.  We will only be found faithful when the Master finds us doing His business when He returns. Being a Christian is not for wimps, name droppers, the best dressed, or the unfaithful. Christianity…serving the Lord of Glory…is for those who have crucified self, taken up their cross daily, and chosen to follow Christ into the fire consuming the lives of those outside God’s grace at any cost. Being a believer is for those who put others first, exercise their faith when it hurts, believe in those who violate them, and give their lives for those who crush one’s heart without cause…because Jesus first died for the one called to help another. Anyone can let “I’m a Christian roll off their lips. Others can wear their spiritual tee shirts, sport clever bumper stickers, and promise to pray while unwilling to sacrifice a thing for the welfare of another. In God’s eyes…empty words, complacency, and self-absorbed intentions leave His heart broken and tears streaming down His face.

Over the past ten years, spiritual blindness and insensitivity have increased many-fold leaving the lives of those equally created in God’s image as ourselves...lost and hopeless.  They are lost without hope because lukewarm believers give lip service without action. In truth, all of us are in need of a Savior. We all depend upon God’s love, mercy, and grace for hope to reign within our lives. Sadly, many are willing to let those around them care and sacrifice to bring life to their world, while remaining unwilling to inconvenience themselves to restore the lives of others in Jesus’ name. God weeps…

Urgency!

Dear Friend…the hour is urgent! Lives are lost, shattered, and beyond hope as the enemy of our souls dispatches his hellish hordes to destroy the lives of God’s people. I cry out!!!!!!!!!! I implore you!!!!!! Please join me now!!!!! Get on your face!!!!!!   Weep, wail, and wrestle in Jesus’ name for the souls, hearts, liberations, restorations, and transformations of those God knows belong to Him. In John 14:12, Jesus tells us that those who have faith in Him…will do what He is doing. What did He do? What is He still doing?  John 17 reveals that Jesus prayed to the Father for Himself and for us so that we may all do the Father’s will. Our Savior calls us into the battle to pray for, to love, to reach, and to empower the lives of others for His glory and their good! We were never promised a rose garden on this earth.  Instead, we were promised a crown of thorns in this life that will lead us into the presence of our loving God forever...  So, please jump in and join me now! The battle rages… Until next time...I strain ahead to lay hold of that for which God called me heavenward in Christ Jesus with all His strength that so powerfully works in me…
