Vision for TransAmerican Walk 2010 came early in 2007 amid an already-under-way seven (7) year season in which God was revealing the assault dispatched against His people in the days ahead. The next several years provided ample training ground for God to bring my life into a place of "relevance" in keeping with His eternal purpose and timeline. Following the completion of that seven (7) year season on July 23, 2010...it became obvious that God's time of release was closing on me fast. From world to local arenas...economic stabilities, business trends, moral values, social tones, client bases, spiritual delusions, applied responsibilities, wavering priorities, and hope levels were radically adjusted to all-time lows.

Relative truth replaced absolute. Fear dominated common sense. Commitment gave way to compromise. Service fell to expectation. And, God's transformational power...exchanged for easy believisms. In light of it all...I knew it was time to step make quick preparations for departure. Everywhere I looked, those I talked too, and Scriptures I was compelled to read...revealed a unified message of urgency. As I looked around me, I was amazed that people with master's degrees and PhD's were oblivious to obvious truths the neighborhood five (5) year old could easily unravel in his or her child-likeness with little difficulty.
So, I streamlined business, let go of clientele, sold unneeded items, paid others off, bought an atlas of the US, informed those I was working with, refurbished my RV, purchased proper equipment, set a timeline, and worked day and night to achieve it. The process was miraculous in-and-of-itself as suppliers, schedules, resources, and personal skills combined to hit the mark. God's gracious hand led and empowered in spite of my weariness, wearing-thin patience, and impossible timeline. But as they say, God is good all the time!
